**Your tasks**:
- Lead and manage the R&D team in the development of new high voltage cables components and the improvement of existing products- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to production, ensuring all projects meet technical standards and customer requirements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, sales, project management, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new products- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation in product design- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies- Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting project updates, research findings, and strategic plans

**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field- Extensive experience in high voltage product design, specifically with high voltage accessories- Proven track record of successfully managing an R&D team in an international environment- Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical regulations related to high voltage products- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines- Experience with project management tools and methodologies- Familiarity with advanced simulation and modeling software- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for high voltage components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
