- Collaborate with researchers to design studies and clinical trials.
- Develop statistical analysis plans and oversee data collection and management.
- Analyze data using statistical software and interpret the results.
- Produce statistical reports and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to research teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of data through data quality control measures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest statistical methods and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or PhD degree in biostatistics, statistics, Maths, Physics, Computing or similar
- Strong development background
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as AWS, Python, Github,Pyspark.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pharmaceutical Background

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in designing and analyzing clinical trials.
- Experience in data management and database design.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
