**Treasury Manager
**Responsabilità**:
La figura ricercata risponderà al Finance & Accounting Manager e dovrà fornire supporto in tutte le attività legate alla gestione della liquidità e alle operazioni di tesoreria dell’azienda, in particolare:

- Monitorare e gestire costantemente la liquidità aziendale
- Gestire i rapporti con le controparti bancarie
- Gestire le valute estere ed eventuali altri strumenti di mercato monetario
- Allestire la reportistica tipica della funzione tesoreria, compreso cash flow, budget, analisi disponibilità liquide e debiti
- Gestire il cash pooling multi-valuta a livello di gruppo
- Gestire attivamente la liquidità in eccesso fornendo supporto nelle scelte di investimento
- Contribuire al miglioramento e all’ottimizzazione dei processi della tesoreria
- Svolgere analisi per supportare il management nell’analisi e nell’interpretazione dei dati finanziari al fine di identificare adeguate strategie di gestione della liquidità, investimenti e mitigazione del rischio.
- Fornire supporto nell’implementazione di politiche e procedure finanziarie, assicurando che l’azienda sia conforme alle normative finanziarie e legali

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia o diploma equivalente
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’ambito della gestione della tesoreria e della liquidità
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi bancari e delle reti di pagamento
- Multi-tasking, proattività, capacità analitiche e di problem solving
- Propensione alla collaborazione ed alla comunicazione, capacità organizzativa
- Competenze informatiche: uso avanzato di Excel e conoscenza di SAP
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese (Conoscenza della lingua tedesca è un plus)
