R&D Scientist, Physical Chemistry

fixed-term assignment until 31 December 2025

**Location**: Satigny, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

Formulation of solid and liquid product formats for cosmetics, body
- and homecare
Study impact of formulation parameters on product stability as well as fragrance deposition and evaporation
Work in an interdisciplinary team with links to physical chemistry, formulation science, analytical chemistry and perfumery technical development
Design, plan and execute experiments, ensuring timely delivery based on established priorities

We Value

Master or PhD degree in chemistry or physics, formulation engineer, or equivalent
- and/or homecare
Experience in analytical chemistry (e.g. GC-FID, GC-MS, HPLC)
Knowledge in data management, statistics and modelling would be a plus
Ability to work and communicate efficiently in a multidisciplinary and international environment
Previous experience on applied projects or in an industry R&D laboratory would be a plus
Fluent in English (C1), ability to communicate in French would be a plus
