As a Venues Supervisor, you will assist the Manager in the planning of Breakfast, Banquets and In Room Dining (Room-service) on a daily basis, ensuring the high level of service required according to W standards and the original concept. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the department. You will liaise with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. You will supervise talents and pay particular attention to grooming rules and service procedures. You enjoy coaching and training your team.
To do this, you'll be on the floor most of the time.

You have previous experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
