Tasks

As our Head of Supply Chain, your mission is to define and lead our supply chain strategy in order to ensure the availability of the right yamo product at the right place at the right time for our customers.
- You are autonomously defining and driving the core strategic direction of supply chain and supporting business-critical projects at yamo
- You lead a team of 3, where you are responsible for developing and coaching them on supply chain processes
- You deliver action plans for performance improvements for our supply chain processes and manage the supply chain budget with a full responsibility
- You challenge the existing processes and implement solutions that drive overall improvements and capability effectiveness. Because delivering our delicious products with a great customer experience is important to us
- You are here to build a solid portfolio of yamo’s partners along the supply chain, such as warehouses and logistics companies. One of your main responsibilities will be to foster our relationships with the related stakeholder, revise and negotiate contracts and sourcing new potential suppliers for our future expansion
- You collaborate closely with our B2B and B2C teams to understand and respond the needs of our customers and secure a strong alignment on execution and supply prioritization with the business leads
- You independently manage and coordinate large structural and organizational change projects from concept development to execution

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 7+ years professional work experience in strategic supply management with an understanding of ERP Systems
- You are comfortable with leading people and empowering them to reach a common goal
- You are familiar with sourcing new partners such as warehouses and logistic companies in Europe
- You have an ability for cross departmental thinking and collaborative work in teams
- You are an outstanding analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the unique add-on of an entrepreneurial mindset
- Nothing is impossible You have a can-do attitude and are always finding ways to accomplish your goals
- You are self-driven and always have a customer-centric approach
- Solid educational background in supply chain management or a similar area
- You are native in German and fluent in English
