**FMASTERDATA MANAGEMENT / PROCESS - INTERNSHIP**

Meyrin, Geneva

**YOUR MISSION**

Based in our Geneva office and directly reporting to the Masterdata Expert, you will be a key player in supporting the company in implementing new processes while providing strong support to the company as it changes its ERP system.

In addition, you will help to safeguard the accuracy of the data referenced in the systems, in cooperation with production, the supply chain and purchasing.

Your missions will be:

- Helping the company think through new processes
- Collects all the information needed to ensure articles referencing from development, the technical office and other departments.
- Helps defining procedures for collecting, checking and sharing product information.
- Works closely with several departments in the company to ensure the consistency and accuracy of data in our system (NAVISION).
- Responsible for tracking and controlling all related documents and records on internal systems
- Work with the HQ in New York for reference activation

**YOUR PROFILE**

To be successful in this position, you must have a **thorough understanding of the data analytics visualization.**

Enrolled in a Master’s program or equivalent in the area of information technology and communication or data analytics, with a focus on database management, data analysis, data interpretation, data visualization.

You have **excellent written and verbal communication skills **in French and English.

You have strong organization skills and a great attention to detail and proven experience in proof reading.

Demonstration of cultural sensitivity and appreciation for different cultures and practices.

You are available for **6-months / 1-year internship starting in January / February 24
