**Your challenge****:
Während 18 Monaten lernen Sie verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche kennen, bauen umfassendes Wissen für Ihre Zielfunktion auf und erweitern Ihren Horizont mit einem Einblick in das asiatische Private Banking. Für Ihre Rolle als zukünftiger Business Manager legen wir den Fokus auf folgende Aufgaben:

- Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen und Präsentationen für wichtige Gremien wie das Private Banking Committee, Executive Board und Board of Directors.
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Umsetzung von Initiativen und Projekten, die das Erreichen der Ziele von Private Banking Switzerland unterstützen (z.B. Wachstum, Effizienz, Qualität, Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation).
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu den relevanten internen Stakeholdern der LGT Bank Schweiz und der LGT Gruppe.
- Koordinieren und optimieren der Beiträge verschiedener Abteilungen, um eine marktübergreifende Abstimmung und Priorisierung zu gewährleisten.
- Unterstützung bei den täglichen Geschäftsaufgaben innerhalb des Teams (inklusive koordinativer und administrativer Aufgaben)

**Your profile****:

- Einen sehr guten Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium-Abschluss (von Vorteil im Bereich Wirtschaft / Banking & Finance)
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Starke analytische & konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und organisatorisches Talent
- Interesse an Business & Projektmanagement
