As the BPA Manager, you will manage Business Planning and Analysis activity (tracking performance and budget deviations, preparing forecasts and budgets, supporting in decision making) for several Business Franchises and/or departments.
Your Responsibilities:

- Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
- Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Continually improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the definition and implementation of lean processes to meet the changing demands of the business.
- Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners.
- Provide accurate operational information and advice to support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast as well as provide well managed and quality financial analysis to improve business case proposals and profitability tracking.
- Ensure the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the Business
- Take an active role in a highly engaged team, demonstrating a high degree of team spirit, curiosity & integrity with true passion to make an impact, proactively co-owning the delivery of our financial objectives by deeply connecting with our business, supporting relevant stakeholders with insights & providing recommendations for decision-making
- Building & sustaining best-in-class analytical tools to efficiently drive high-impact insights, convert them into business opportunities to and share with team & broader organization to drive value & efficiencies

**Minimum requirements**

What you'll bring to the role:

- University degree in Finance, business or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in the health care or FMCG industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, including simplification mindset, strategic thinking and ability to lead changes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
