Warehouse Associate

Proclinical AG is seeking a **Warehouse Associate **to join our clients team.

The **Warehouse Associate **is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the prompt and precise execution of all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) warehouse activities. The role involves receiving goods and accurately recording them in Oracle (OPM), facilitating the preparation of goods for manufacturing through order picking, and managing the shipment of finished goods, raw materials, and samples from the site. The Warehouse Associate is also accountable for both generic and non-GMP receipts and shipments.

Please note this is a **12 Month Contract** with the possibility of an extension and progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming goods and enter relevant information into Oracle (OPM) for accurate inventory tracking.
- Support the preparation of goods for manufacturing by efficiently carrying out order picking tasks.
- Manage the shipment of finished goods, raw materials, and samples, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.
- Handle both generic and non-GMP receipts and shipments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Utilize good English language skills to communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in forklift driving to safely and efficiently move materials within the warehouse.
- Utilize experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations to contribute to the efficiency of daily tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.

**Experience**:

- Proficient in English to facilitate effective communication.
- Strong forklift driving skills with a focus on safety.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Oracle (OPM) for inventory management.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: CHF35.00 - CHF38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
