We are looking for a Marketing Sales Coordinator to start as soon as possible.

**Job Requirements**:
As part of the Marketing Sales & Support team at Infront’s HQ in Zug, the Associate Marketing Sales Coordination will support sales coordination efforts and services provided to Infront’s global sales force.

In this role you will be responsible for...

**CRM & Power BI**:

- drive the development of group-wide marketing sales CRM strategy
- educate global sales force about MS Dynamics 365 usage and serve as a first point of contact for CRM related questions (e.g. trouble shooting, maintenance)
- work with the Corporate Information Platform (CIP) team to improve database quality, visual analytics through dashboards, enhance user experience, and drive more data mining capability
- facilitate adoption and more effective usage of CRM & Power Bi dashboards across the group

**Sales Coordination & Support**:

- help identify and distribute sponsorship leads to sales staff across the group
- facilitate marketing cross-sales by collating and distributing information on sponsorship inventory through Power BI dashboards
- collaborate with Infront Group Offices to collect and develop marketing sales materials
- moderate and lead the global marketing sales staff communication channel
- work closely with Corporate Communications and Business Intelligence, support marketing campaigns for key properties by gathering insights from our sales force, CRM and other sources

**Education**:

- advanced education (university degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration, MBA or equivalent business experience)

**Your expertise**:

- strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Power BI.
- 3+ years business analytics experience preferred
- previous sports industry working experience a plus, but not essential
- strong communication skills (orally and in writing)
- strong analytical skills
- team orientation, good team player
- positive work attitude (“can do” mind set)

- strong interest in the sports & entertainment business and general interest in developing systems and services
- strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking (external & internal)
- high degree of awareness on all Compliance related matters with special focus on Infront’s Code of Conduct and all related policies
