Head of Logistics

Columbus ist ein Logistik-Fulfillment Anbieter speziell für Bedürfnisse von E-Commerce Unternehmen. Wir beschäftigen rund 70 Mitarbeitende und betreiben zwei Lagerstandorte, in der Schweiz (Schaffhausen) und in Deutschland (Radolfzell am Bodensee). Wir bieten Händlern eine kostengünstige und schnelle Logistik sowohl in die Schweiz wie auch in Deutschland an.

Die Vision von Columbus ist eine nahtlose Welt des E-Commerce-Versands, die es Händlern ermöglicht, Grenzen zu überwinden und ihren Kundenstamm international zu erweitern. Unser Logistics-as-a-Service Angebot hilft Online-Händlern, sich auf den Verkauf zu konzentrieren und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern.

**Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben**
- Führung der Abteilung und Mitarbeiter (ca. 20 Mitarbeitende)
- Verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung des gesamten Warenflusses, inkl. interner Werkverkehr, auch grenzüberschreitend
- Definieren, Kontrolle und Einhaltung der Logistikprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenwünsche und Firmenstrategie
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von Neukunden, der Projektplanung und der Umsetzung
- Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung, fortlaufende Optimierung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Planungs
- und Controllingaufgaben mit entsprechenden Auswertungen
- Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Interessensgruppen
- Kontinuierliche Prozess-, Qualitäts
- und Kostenoptimierungen

**Qualifikationen / Anforderungen**
- Ausbildung oder Studium, bevorzugt im Bereich Logistik
- Mehrjährige Beruf
- und Führungserfahrung in der Logistik
- Führungserfahrung mit >20 Mitarbeitern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Word und MS Excel
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken, prozessorientiertes Handeln
- Umsetzung
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Stark in Verhandlung und Kommunikation
- Von Vorteil:

- Englisch und Französisch
- Erfahrung mit dem Zollwesen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Transport/Fracht
