Mit Boum wollen wir die Welt ein Stück grüner und nachhaltiger machen, indem wir allen Menschen

ermöglichen, die Magie der Pflanzen auf Balkon und Terrasse zu erleben. Dazu entwickeln wir zusammen mit der Universität Bern ein innovatives Bewässerungssystem mit nachhaltiger Erde und angepassten Pflanzen. Über die Boum App erhalten unsere Kunden Hinweise und Tipps zum erfolgreichen Anbau ihrer Pflanzen. Durch die Integration von IoT und Nutzerdaten können wir den Kunden personalisiert helfen und ihnen einzigartige Erlebnisse bieten.

**Was wir suchen**

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ein neugieriges Allround-Talent mit einem Naturwissenschaftlichen Background (z.B. Student:in der Fächer Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Physik), das unsere Vision teilt, es jedem zu ermöglichen, den Spaß am Anbau eigener Pflanzen zu erleben.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung (PCB Layout, Design for Production), Testing und Qualitätskontrolle der verschiedenen Komponenten unserer IoT- und Sensorhardware sowie Entwicklung und Optimierung automatisierter Testverfahren und Manufacturing Tools
- Analyse, Identifikation und Behebung von Hardwareproblemen im Rahmen unseres Supportprozesses sowie Unterstützung beim Monitoring von Echtzeit-Kunden-Daten und der Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Auswerteverfahren (Predictive Maintenance)
- Support im Bereich Supply Chain (Sourcing, Procurement) im direkten Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Produktionspartnern und Lieferanten

**Dein Profil**
- Du bist Student:in der Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik, Informatik oder eines anderen naturwissenschaftlichen Fachs mit ausgeprägter Fähigkeit, Probleme zu identifizieren und zu lösen und hast ein starkes Interesse für Consumer Elektronik und Pflanzen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, hast hervorragende konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und verfügst über sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Du verfügst und Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (idealerweise C++, TypeScript oder Python), hast Erfahrung in der Versionskontrolle mit Git und kannst sicher mit der Unix-Kommandozeile umgehen. Erfahrung im Bereich IoT, Entwicklung elektrischer Schaltungen, PCB Schematic/Layout Design, SMD Löten sowie Embedded Programming werden als Plus bewertet.
- Du lebst im Einzugsbereich von Bern und kannst an mindestens 3 Tagen in der Woche vor Ort in unserem Büro in der Länggasse sein.
