Board is currently looking for a **Compensation and Benefits Intern** to join us in Chiasso HQ for **6 months.**
In this position, you’ll learn how to manage all compensation & benefits operations to support our Compensation & Benefits function. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both HR and Finance teams while developing analytical expertise to support strategic HR decisions.

**Main duties**:

- Support the Global Job Leveling process by reviewing and analyzing job descriptions
- Assist market pricing activities by identifying and analyzing benchmark data and, where needed, conduct modeling analyses
- Participate in Total Rewards projects (e.g. commissions, salary increases, company car policy review)
- Assist with the first mapping of benefits and research benefit best cost options

**What we look for**:

- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel
- Number-driven mindset, ability to manage large sets of data
- Experience with Human Resources data analytics or compensation will be considered a plus
- Fluency in English
