**Technical Operations organization**:
Technical Operations provides technical leadership and scientific expertise to the Manufacturing and Technical Operations (MTO) Organization of the Janssen Supply Chain (JSC), deploying a unique blend of technical competencies and project management skills.

The Large Molecule TO Platform is integrated in the MTO Large Molecule Platform and is comprised of:

- Large Molecule API (drug substance)
- New Modalities (including Cell, Gene and TNA Therapeutics)
- Parenteral Fill & Finish

Operating at both Global and Local levels to provide Technical Leadership to the MTO LM Platform both internally and externally for E2E New Product Introduction, E2E Life Cycle Management and Technology Innovation and Standardization.

**Job Summary**:
In this unique role you will demonstrate technical leadership in pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing to a global community of validation engineers, process engineers, process executors and quality assurance representatives.

**We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements**:
You acquired an Engineering or Life Sciences Master’s Degree, have 10 or more years of related experience.

You are an experienced leader who is comfortable operating in a sophisticated environment within a global organization.

You communicate effectively with customers at multiple levels of the organization.

You are a change agent and have a proven experience in leading leaders and a genuine motivation for developing people.

You challenge the status quo, frame problems with the end goal in mind, using persuasive tactics.

You know global regulatory and GMP standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing and more specifically for sterile/aseptic manufacturing.

You look for technical improvements and innovation opportunities.

You can act as Subject Matter Expert or Technology Champion related to sterilization technologies.

You believe in the Community of Practice concept.
