A first experience in event coordination would be a plus

Are you currently in or finishing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Luxury marketing or a related field?

**What do we expect from you?**

As part of the Switzerland Marketing & Communication team, the PR & Event intern will be supporting the PR & Event Manager on the coordination of the overall press relationship animations and Maison events program. You will contribute to developing, producing and delivering events to support key creations launches or institutional events for the Maison. You will coordinate with high-end suppliers to bring to life best-quality project, ensuring timely execution of various events.

Your main tasks will focus on:

- Supporting the coordination of clients’ and press’ events, including projects definition, organization, follow up, execution and reporting following the local activity calendar
- Supporting the PR activity monitoring and reporting
- Contributing to the budget monitoring through a precise follow up with suppliers and partners

This position is based in Geneva city center and will imply potential trips to Zurich and Luzern.
