Main tasks:

- Perform daily reconciliations of Prime Broker hedging accounts, trade positions and cash
- Identify risk and implement mitigation strategy
- Trading systems and instruments set up
- Monitor dealing activity to identify/escalate potential fraudulent or unusual trading activity
- Reconcile and validate trade capture and day trading activity in timely and accurate manner
- Ensure practices abide by internal guidelines and external regulations
- Review operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Making sure procedures are updated and maintained on an ongoing basis

Skills and qualifications:

- Banking or commercial training (Bachelor as a minimum, Master’s degree an asset)
- Previous working experience in a banking environment with exposure to Securities Operations or Dealing for a minimum of 3 years (in a Swiss Bank preferably)
- Strong communication skills, articulate key risks and challenges of daily processing to management
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations, independently and with high flexibility
- Excellent computer skills (VBA programming is a plus)
- Fluent in English and French
- Swiss domiciliation required
