**Job Description**:
Independently and professionally support the SIC Engineering Aarau department as well as the Site Management Team (SMT) in all administrative and organizational matters. Collaboration with Milwaukee (USA) and Katowice (PL) Engineering sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the department office
- SMT Tasks: Organization and recording of monthly meetings; Point of contact for legal and financial cases; Keeping up to date the commercial register
- Organization of travel (including visa procurement), hotels, rental cars
- Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings (including international), trainings and other events such as anniversaries, retirements, etc.
- Preparation of expense reports and employee assistance with the expense reporting system
- General correspondence and administrative work
- Creation and monitoring of shopping carts (Shopping Cart Team).
- Coordination of office supplies, internal and external purchase orders
- Delivering packages including export papers
- Monitoring of costs standardization (WG meetings)
- Creation of absence and meeting rooms planner
- Taking care of: Printers; EHS resources such as evacuation list, sanitation boxes, etc; Meeting room; Departmental archive
- Responsibility of maintenance contracts (Software etc.)

Secondary tasks:

- Exchange with management assistants of other departments
- Supporting other departments such as Facility, EHS, Test House, etc.

Qualifications:

- Commercial education
- Very good computer skills (MS-Office)
- Min 8 years of experience
- Fluent German and English language skills, other languages are an advantage
- Service oriented, reliable
- Cooperative, flexible, proactive and creative
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Team player
