**Objective of the Job**:
In this role you will be responsible to enable, coach, develop and motivate our 5 sales agents in the western area of Switzerland to consistently drive high levels of sales performance and operational excellence. You have an in depth understanding on smart’s product portfolio and sales processes in order to be able to provide guidance on selling, helping eliminate technical barriers and managing escalations. With your passion for sales you will bring out the best sales results out of each sales outlet. You will develop and implement effective sales tools to steer the sales performance in the market. With establishing a close collaboration and partnership with our sales agents, you will ensure our brand standards, remarkable customer’s experience and sales targets. Travel within Switzerland is necessary.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Establish our new agent network within the western area of Switzerland for sales
- Ensure operational sales excellence for our revolutionary Omni-Channel digital and physical showroom concept
- Supervise the fulfilment of the agent contracts for instance corporate identity policies, and quality standards
- Plan and negotiate the retail sales volume of your area together with the Swiss team
- Coordinate product launches with the different stakeholders in the country and smart Europe
- Set, plan, monitor and forecast Retail B2C and SME sales development based on KPI and derivate actions together with the related partners

**Your Qualifications**:

- University degree or higher national diplomas in business, marketing, economics or comparable
- Broad experience in diverse positions within the automotive market
- You live in the western part of Switzerland and are fluent in French and English
- Italian would be a plus to take over the Ticino Region as well
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss automotive market
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce and electric mobility
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus
- You are trustful, ambitious and have a doer mentality
