You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment.

The role provides a great opportunity to collaborate closely with many experts, while being empowered to bring in and present own ideas.

**What you will do**
- Provide regular reports and monitoring to inform on investment related aspects.
- Maintain and develop appropriate tools for monitoring. Ensure that Investment Management systems data quality is accurate and up to date so that reporting and analysis are accurate.
- Perform ad-hoc quantitative analysis to support the development of investment recommendations or monitor existing exposures.
- Review and update of investment guidelines to ensure that they remain consistent with the investment objective and strategy and in line with the Zurich Risk Policy and local requirements.
- Assist the regional investment managers in monitoring the investment portfolios of each specific business units to ensure adherence to investment strategy and Zurich Risk Policy
- Work closely with global Investment Management teams, other group functions and local business units

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, business administration or Information technology / engineering with some relevant work experience
- Advanced skills in the use of PowerBI, R and Python as well as Microsoft Excel are important, knowledge of PowerPoint is an advantage
- Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Gained first experience in working in Banking, Insurance, Accounting or asset management
- A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment
- Detail oriented, diligent working while conscious of time constrains is required
- Given the current situation, we might offer this job opportunity virtually. Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland
- Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract.

You must be located in Switzerland either already or prior to the start of the internship.
