**Mission**:
**Depuis 1976, Decathlon remplit sa mission**: "Moving People through the Wonders of Sport". Decathlon est une entreprise qui compte près de 105'000 coéquipiers dans le monde, 2'000 magasins dans 70 pays et 85 marques de produits. Notre projet suisse a vu le jour en 2016 avec l’arrivée de notre site internet sur le territoire et s’est accéléré avec l’ouverture de notre premier magasin à Neuchâtel en 2017. Depuis, le projet a bien grandi et nous comptons aujourd’hui près de 1'000 collaborateurs.

Notre développement n’est pas terminé, puisque nous allons prochainement ouvrir un nouveau à Genève, à Confédération.

Et puisqu’un magasin sans équipe n’existe pas, nous nous lançons aujourd’hui à la recherche de nos futur/es coéquipiers. Nous recherchons nos passionnées - et pratiquants - de : Running, Fitness, Randonnée, Foot/Basket et Ski.

Tâches

Véritable pilote de ton activité, tu travailles main dans la main avec le Team Leader qui te manage et tu améliores “ton jeu” pour permettre le développement économique de ton rayon et du magasin. Tes tâches principales consistent à:

- Accueillir et renseigner nos clients sur nos produits, services et innovations
- Assurer la disponibilité et la mise en rayon des produits (stock et linéaire)
- Assurer l’encaissement et le bureau d’accueil

Chez Decathlon, nous recrutons avant tout des personnalités. Peu importe ton diplôme et tes expériences précédentes, si tu sportif/ive et que tu te reconnais dans les valeurs suivantes, alors ce job est fait pour toi:

- Passionné/e de sport, tu as aussi l’âme entrepreneuriale et le goût du commerce
- Persévérant/e et motivé/e, tu sais t’investir à la hauteur de tes ambitions
- Dynamique et engagé/e, tu sais travailler en équipe

**Prérequis impératifs pour le poste**:

- Etre un/e passionné/e et pratiquant/e de Foot et/ou de Basket
- Etre disponible 40% par semaine à compter de mars 2024
- Être disponible pour travailler le samedi
- Parler parfaitement le français - la maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand est un réel atout
- Etre domicilié/e en Suisse (ou enclin à une relocalisation)
