Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering Teams in der Services Division suchen wir Sie als

**Design Project Manager (w/m/d)**

Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

- Federführung bei der Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen von Capital Parts im Hinblick auf die technische Lösungsfindung für eigene sowie Fremdkompressoren
- Ausarbeitung von Offerten, Entwürfen für Ersatzteile und Umbauten von Kompressoren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den involvierten Abteilungen
- Technische Unterstützung und Präsentation mit dem Verkauf
- Berechnen und Auslegen von Kompressorkomponenten auf Basis von Normen
- und internen Berechnungsvorgaben
- Globaler technischer Support hinsichtlich Konstruktion und Fertigung sowie Reparaturen von Komponenten für unsere vielzähligen Aussenstellen
- Erstellen und Definieren von Material
- und Bestellspezifikationen sowie Fertigungsvorschriften in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stellen im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Fertigungs
- und Logistikprozessen
- Anweisung für das Erstellen und Freigabe von Fabrikations
- und globalen Vorlagezeichnungen mittels 3D (NX)
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams für Kostenreduktionen, Konstruktionsoptimierungen, Neuentwicklungen und globalen Organisationsprojekten
- Kompetente Abwicklung von Reverse Engineering Aufträgen für Fremdkompressoren intern oder beim Kunden vor Ort mit Unterstützung von Field Service Ingenieuren und aktueller Scantechnologien
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Schadensfällen bis hin zum Trouble Shooting
- Entscheidungsfindung bei Abweichungsmeldungen im Rahmen des Produktionsprozesses
- Serviceorientiertes Unterstützen der Kunden (intern/extern) bei der Verbesserung von Zuverlässigkeit, Wartungs
- und Revisionsfragen

Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschineningenieur FH und können einige Jahre Praxiserfahrung als Projektmanager vorweisen. Neben gängigen PC-Kenntnissen (Word, Excel, SAP, MS-Project) sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift unerlässlich. Sie sind ausgesprochen zuverlässig und exakt in Ihrer Arbeitsweise. Ihre empathische und kommunikative Art ist in der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit von grossem Vorteil. Analytischer Scharfsinn, eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein hervorragendes Organisationstalent macht Sie zu dem richtigen Kandidaten für diese Stelle.
