**This is what YOUR future team does**:
In the Plant Construction & Service team we construct and maintain neustark’s CO2 storage sites across all technology iterations and geographic regions. We work closely with our partners, especially waste demolition recyclers. Our team innovates, builds and optimizes - and certainly don’t forget to have fun along the way.
**YOUR mission at neustark**:
- As the Plant Construction & Service Coordinator, you oversee the end-to-end installation planning process, organizing & coordinating internal team, local subcontractors & customers for the construction phase.
- You are an intermediary between external and internal stakeholders, including our customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal engineering, purchasing, and logistics teams. You ensure that all necessary conditions are met for safety, quality and a timely installation of the plants.
- Following the commissioning phase, you closely monitor the plant's performance, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and collaborating internal teams and the customer to achieve the defined OEE.
- You continuously strive to optimize processes within the Plant Construction & Service department. Your focus will be on reducing costs, enhancing quality, and elevating service levels to achieve operational excellence.

**This is YOU**:
- Completed education in Plant Engineering with Mechanics & Electronics experience and further education in Leadership.
- Proven work experience in an industrial setting, such as Plant Engineering, Production Setup, or Service Operations.
- Familiarity with project and lean management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Flexibility to travel approximately 50% of the time.
