We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial department as **International E-commmerce Platforms Lead.**

In a perpetually changing and evolving digital world, to answer our clients’ need and serve them with state-of-theart services, we are undergoing a massive digital transformation for all our commercial and non-commercial digital platforms.

To accompany us through this journey, we are looking for digital professional with proven experience in managing large scale and varied e-com platforms.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**E-com Platform ownership and management**
- Co-build and own the overall e-com platform development roadmap with other digital teams and Stakeholders
- Ensure e-com platform stability and lead the team to prioritize and resolve platform issues effectively and quickly
- Co-build and own e-com platform enhancements roadmap from prioritization to delivery
- Implement and optimize digital operations processes aimed towards providing more visibility to all stakeholders
- Lead the team to build and maintain an effective release management process for the platforms
- Be the overall product owner and guardian of our e-com production platforms

**Team & stakeholder management**
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of several onsite collaborators
- Lead 50+ contractual resources across e-com platforms spread across several agencies
- Bridge gap between business and technology, build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives
- Create success metrics and ensure reporting of KPIs pertaining to the platform(s) and team

**Relationship & Budget management**
- Build and maintain relationships with several agencies that Cartier is working with, being the face of the Maison for them
- Build and maintain relationships with global markets and various internal stakeholders ranging from Marketing, Communications to Client Development etc.
- Manage and report on the overall budget attributed to e-com platforms operations and external staff for the team
- Work with the team and mobilize cross-functional teams to develop ambitious, creative solutions to solve customer problems

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in an engineering field, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a digital environment
- A firsthand experience in managing e-com platforms is a must
- A previous experience with team management is a must
- You have experience with modern e-com platforms e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- You possess excellent coordination and organization skills
- You are assertive, flexible, enthusiastic and team player
- You speak English fluently
