**80-100 % **:Das universitäre Tierspital Zürich ist führend im Bereich der Veterinärmedizin. Hier arbeiten begeisterte und kompetente Mitarbeitende, die etwas bewegen wollen im Einsatz für kranke und verunfallte Tiere aus der ganzen Schweiz und dem nahen Ausland.
Um in Zukunft den ICT-Support für die über 400 Mitarbeitenden sicherzustellen, suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams eine*n ICT-Supporter*in
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Behebung von ICT-Störungen vor Ort
- Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripherie-Geräten
- Beschaffung von Software & Hardware
- Installation, Betrieb und Unterhalt von klinikspezifischen Applikationen
- Mitarbeit in ICT-Teilprojekten
- Dokumentation und Pflege des ICT-Inventars
**Ihr Profil**: Für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit bringen Sie folgende Anforderungen mit:
- Grundausbildung als Informatiker*in EFZ oder äquivalente Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als ICT-Supporter*in im Unterhalt von Client-Systemen und in der Evaluation und Beschaffung von Hardware
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Kontakt mit anspruchsvollen Anwendern und deren Beratung
- Dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse, mündlich und schriftlich
