You will be assisting the Venues Manager to the short and long term planning and the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring the high level service required according to the W standards and the original Concept. You will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the Venue. You will interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience. You will supervise the talents.
You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of the pre opening team of this exciting project.
You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
You remain 'in the know' at all times.
You have an eye for detail and do not accept mediocre as a standard, you always strive for perfection.

**PROFILE**
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
