**Job Description** Mission**:
Within the Business Management Programme Office, the role will involve leading project portfolios and/or individual projects. Projects will have a cross-functional scope, with a significant emphasis on Risk and Compliance topics. Challenges include managing cross-business projects involving various stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, IT, external providers).

**Main responsibilities**:
Define clear project scope Forecast project delivery benefits and ROI ex-ante Map and manage stakeholders, establish project communication approach, and overall project governance model Maintain efficient and positive relationships with all stakeholders Identify and assess project risks Oversee the budgeting process Plan and manage resources Establish and maintain KPIs and KRIs Project management:
Assess and document project change requests for Steering Committee review Prevent projects from deviating from initial targets and scope Reassess needs and targets (resources, goals, stakeholders) Ensure stakeholder and sponsor involvement and commitment throughout project lifecycle Publish project reports for upper management and Executive, employing a risk-based approach Identify and report project conflicts Ensure project budget tracking, regular maintenance, and escalation of exceptions Oversee development and implementation of the new Target Operating Model Project closure:
**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Master Degree
- ** Certification**: PMI or other
- ** IT Tools**: MS Project, excellent use of MS Office suite Experience
- ** Years of experience**: +10 : senior
- ** Experience in private banking**: Preferred
- ** Languages **:English: Fluent / French: Advanced
