For our Head Office in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented accountant who is keen to work independently in a fast-growing environment and as part of a young, motivated team.
- Responsibility for multiple entities
- Preparatory accounting for monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the aforementioned standards, as well as taking new standards into account
- Recording incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
- Performing daily booking operations and preparation of payment runs
- Management and maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Responsibility for quarterly VAT accounting
- Conduct accounting and reporting procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Contribute to the generation of financial reports and analyses, encompassing technical details
- Implement and carry out internal control processes and procedures adeptly
- Successfully completed commercial training
- A federal certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification or ongoing training is a plus.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Bexio is a plus.
- Fluency in German, optional knowledge of English would be an advantage.
- Ability to analyze and summarize as well as good numerical skills
