**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions, and family office services.- As an_ intern_, you will join the _Middle East and Africa Market_ department in Zurich. You will assist _Client Relationship Officers _and _Private Bankers_ in their day-to-day activities and participate in various support tasks, enabling you to gain a good understanding of the private banking business.**Your role**:

- Be the point of entry for operational requests from Private Bankers.
- Support the account opening process and adhere to all existing policies and directives.
- Manage documentation flows (archiving and processing physical and electronic forms).
- Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensure relevant client documentation is captured in the systems (memos, orders, etc.).
- Process payments and transfers while ensuring call backs are systematically performed and support for other transactional activity where needed.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure telephone call coverage.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Finance or Hospitality Management.
- A first experience in Finance.
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to detail and able to work independently and diligently.
- Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Strong team spirit.
