UX/UI Designer

User Experience\/Interface Designer will help lead the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and easiness provided in the interaction with the product.
The role is a key contributor to e-commerce team to support in the definition of the digital product strategy and to operate to make changes happen.
- At least 4 years of experience with in-depth user experience and design required (tourism or hospitality is a plus)
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Experience in working in agile
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Proficiency in Figma and other tools (also prototyping)
- Analytical mindset, flexible, curious, and passionate
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language a plus
- Collaborate with users, analysts, product stakeholders, and IT to deliver UX solutions that empower intuitive, powerful workflows
- Design and deliver solutions to complex product problems
- Identify troubleshoots and bring solutions
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team (delivering wireframes, prototypes, designs, etc.)
- Understand the industry, the strategy and business requirements as well as the capabilities of cutting-edge web technologies
- Identify, build and employ reusable design patterns and templates using best practices
- Create design best practices and methodologies to share and present with a user-centered approach
- Build and maintain a digital repository to create consistency across the digital channels
- Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability
- Assist with QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standard
- Assist with validating and measuring user experience success via usability testing and post deployment evaluations
