**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- **Subject Matter Expertise**
Leverage your extensive knowledge of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, and BNPL, to provide expert guidance and solutions to our clients.
- **Consultative Skills**
Utilize your consultative skills to understand client requirements, conduct workshops, and offer tailored payment solutions.
- **Regulatory Compliance**
- **Wealth Management Focus**
Leverage your in-depth understanding of the wealth management industry to align payment solutions with industry best practices.
- **T24 and TPH Expertise**
Demonstrate proficiency in T24 and TPH modules, including TPH, Payments & Standing Orders, Delivery (Print/SWIFT setup, Swift Messages), T24 Accounting, Financial Accounting & Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, and functional knowledge of T24 modules/AA.
- **Client Collaboration**
Collaborate closely with clients to elicit and manage requirements, conduct induction training, and analyze business needs to ensure project success.
- **Gap Analysis**
Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas requiring customizations or solution building and provide comprehensive comparisons with product features.
- **Process Mapping**
Utilize process mapping techniques, including ARIS process tool experience, to translate business processes into system configurations.
- **Functional Design**
Create detailed functional design documents, UI designs, and product-based KT documents for customers.
- **Product Configuration**
Perform product configuration setups based on customer requirements and provide functional support during the testing phase.
- **Communication Skills**
Exhibit professional and confident communication skills when interacting with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- **Documentation**
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including functional specification documents, walkthroughs, and requirements reviews.
- **MS Office Proficiency**
Utilize your proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and other relevant tools to enhance project efficiency and communication.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Proven expertise in Payments domain.
- Familiarity with payment schemes such as SWIFT, SEPA CT DD INSTANT, ACH, FEDWIRE, RTP, and BNPL.
- Strong knowledge of T24 and TPH modules.
- Experience with ARIS process tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
