Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une:
**Engineering Manager**
**Activités principales**
Vous serez chargé de manager un service d’ingénierie sur des projets pluridisciplinaires tout au long de leur cycle de vie, depuis la phase de conception jusqu’à la finalisation du projet. Vous devrez pour cela:
- Assurer le management du service composé d’ingénieurs et de techniciens engineering en définissant les priorités et objectifs des équipes, en formant et encadrant les équipes, en s’assurant de la communication et en veillant au maintien de bonnes relations avec les différents services,
- Assurer le suivi budgétaire des opérations et des reportings associés (objectifs, durée, coûts, qualité et risques),
- Réaliser ou faire réaliser des études afin de vérifier la faisabilité technique et économique des projets d’ingénierie,
- Gérer la planification des projets confiés,
- S’assurer de l’animation des équipes projet, y compris le cas échéant la gestion des entreprises externes et sous-traitants,
- Garantir dans le cadre des projets le respect des exigences de qualité, normes et règles de l’art à tous niveaux, en appliquant des outils et référentiels internes tout au long du projet, en contribuant à leur optimisation et en s’assurant de la cohérence des activités liées au projet avec les procédures / procédés en place.
**Votre profil**
- Formation de base : Ingénieur en génie industriel ou procédés industriels ou Formation universitaire équivalente.
- Expérience professionnelle requise : 10 ans minimum en industrie Pharma ou du DM ou en société d’ingénierie. Participation à des projets de construction de type Greenfield ou Revamping de bâtiment de production.
- Connaissance des environnements classés, des procédés de mélange et de répartition.
- Maitrise également les réglementations pharmaceutiques et dispositifs médicaux en vigueur : BPF, GMP, ISOMaitrise des outils et techniques Lean.
