We are looking for another energetic reinforcement for our Professional Service Team. You are familiar with logístical processes and how manufacturing companies work and you are able to use this knowledge to advise our national and international customers.

**_Requirements and tasks _**:

- You see new tasks as a challenge and you use your technical as well as conceptual skills in the field of AutoID system solutions with a focus on SAP, thus strengthening us from day one. _

- _Customizing, development and training of OPAL’s own software products (mobile e.g. with/in SAP and SAP labeling solutions) _
- _Implementation, integration and go-live of the solution in existing customer SAP systems _
- _Product support for our customers _
- _Development and creation of process optimization concepts in logistics _
- _Sales support (product presentations and consulting) _
- _Project management and realisation of national and international projects at well-known customers- _

**_Education _**:

- We expect you to have the following educational background: _
- _Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar such as Computer Science, Business Information Systems e.g. _
- _Very good language skills both written and verbal in German and English _

**_Qualifications _**:

- You have extensive and in-depth knowledge of the following topics: _
- _SAP logistics processes _
- _SAP ABAP and Basis knowledge (desirable) _
- _Project management _
- _Strong conceptual and analytical skills _
- _Quick comprehension _
- _Influencing skills and creative power _
- _Network knowledge (Active Directory, TCP/IP, Firewall, Proxy Systems, Wireless LAN) _
- _Mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) as well as Windows client and server operating system _
- _Know how and experience in Bartender, Nicelabel or other label design software is a plus advantage _

**_Location _**:

- Your working location is at one of our German offices: Reichenau, Lorsch, Munich or Hamburg. You should be willing to travel, as project work will also be performed on-site at the customer. _
