**Deine Mission**:
In dieser Funktion verantwortest du im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben:

- Weiterentwicklung und Führung, des Teams Business Applikationsmanagement innerhalb des Bereichs Digital
- & Technologiemanagement
- Ausarbeitung und Implementierung des Zusammenarbeitsmodells mit den Fachbereichen
- Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der Kernapplikationen der 1. Säule (AKIS, OSIV), Abacus (FC, HR), und mögliche neue Applikationen
- Sicherstellen von Schnittstellen zu den internen Benutzern und Lieferanten
- Technische Beratung der Fachbereiche bezüglich Kernapplikationen sowie in bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung von Arbeitsmethoden und Kompetenzen für die Durchführung von Projekten innerhalb des Teams
- Umsetzung der IT Strategie als Teil des Führungsteams im Digital & Technologiemanagement

**Deine Talente**:
Du hast bereits schon einmal einen ähnlichen Bereich mit verschiedenen Applikations-Teams geführt und kannst dadurch deine Erfahrungen einbringen. Deine Überzeugungs
- und Argumentationsstärke setzt du gekonnt ein, um dich mit den Fachabteilungen und deren Anliegen, wie auch mit den IT Fachleuten auf Augenhöhe auszutauschen. Das Führen und die Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden bereitet dir Freude. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und stellst mit deinen Teams einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Kernapplikationen im Tagesgeschäft sicher. Du bist eine umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit und kannst dich einfach intern wie auch extern vernetzten. In Diskussionen mit externen Partner und Lieferanten trittst du verhandlungssicher auf und vertrittst die Anliegen der SVA Aargau. Mit deinen Teams übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung der Kernapplikationen insbesondere auch bezüglich Kostenmanagement. Du überzeugst mit deiner Kommunikations
- sowie deiner Auftrittskompetenz und hast sehr gute Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.

In interdisziplinären Teams unterwegs zu sein und Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und umzusetzen, treibt dich an. Dein IT- oder Wirtschaftsinformatik-Abschluss auf Stufe FH / Uni runden dein Profil ab.
