**Dauer des Praktikums: 12 Monate**

**Main tasks**:

- Unterstützung des Lebensmittesicherheits-und Qualitätsteams des Toblerone-Werks inden definierten Bereichen, um die Einhaltungder MDLZ-Quality Policy (QP) zugewährleisten (Hygiene,Schädlingsbekämpfung, HACCP, usw.)
- Unterstützung von Projekten in derWachstumspipeline.
- Teil des Kern teams für Zertifizierungsaudits(FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher und MDLZinternes Audit)
- Durchführung von Schulungen für dasKernteam im Bereich Qualität undLebensmittelsicherheit.
- Teil der QM-Pillarim IL6SRahmen.
- Durchführung von analytischen Prüfungenvon Rohstoffen, Halbfertig
- undFertigprodukten im internen Labor;einschließlich der Durc

**Qualification**:

- Student/ Hochschulabsolvent inLebensmittelwissenschaft und -technologie odereinem ähnlichenStudiengang.
- Fließend in Deutsch undEnglisch
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und detailorientierteArbeitsweise.
- Bevorzugt: Erfahrung in Schokoladenindustrie undLebensmittelsicherheit.
- Leidenschaft für QualitätundLebensmittelsicherheit.
- DigitalSavvy (SAP, Excel, Power Bi, etc.)

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
