Role

You will develop, hands in hands, with our technical sales and engagement managers teams differentiated value propositions and deal shapes to drive value and growth for our clients, in addition to profitable sales for Visium.

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate Principal you will be responsible for:
Owning the Sales strategy to generate new logos:

- Rely on your extensive network and collaborate with our business development team to explore new business’s opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Engage with our client’s C-level stakeholders to understand their Data and AI related challenges
- Collaborate with Technical experts to provide solutions to complex technology and business problems
- Contribute to proposal development, preparations and negotiations
- Operate and collaborate effectively within large teams and provide leadership to sales team members

Managing the consulting engagements/client relationships to extend our current business opportunities:

- Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative & effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.
- Elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work, additional service offerings and new leads.
- Leads teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop cost associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Manages the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications
- Coach/mentor junior team members to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for

Required qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to acquiring, renewing and expanding enterprise accounts in a consulting environment relevant to data/AI transformations
- Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders
- Specialization across a vertical (CPG, Financial Services, Pharma) and/or a technology (Data science, Data engineering) is a plus
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
