**Safety Manager **(Functional Safety, SOTIF, Security)**
We are looking for passionate **Safety Manager **who are quick learners and enthusiastic about safety-critical systems. The role can be located in Thalwil, Hannover or in Berlin
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supporting different teams in safety development
- Creating and maintaining the Safety Plan according to ISO26262:2018 and related SOTIF activities together with the project manager
- Formal Reviews of work products and spot checks through development
- Chairing the Gate Release Meetings
- Fostering safety culture
- Supporting process development with regards to safety related activities
- Supporting Safety Activities Postproduction as 8D/Problem Solving Process, when safety is impacted

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as Safety Manager, preferably in the Automotive Domain/ISO26262 and ISO21448
- Few years of experience with complex projects covering HW/SW and System Engineering
- Good communication skills with regards to safety, be able to explain approaches/concepts to customer
- General technical understanding on HW/SW and System Engineering
- Base understanding of security in the terms of ISO21434

**Bonus Point**:

- GNSS Background (Navigation, Signal Processing etc.)
- Formal certification as Functional Safety Manager
