The Operations Controllers are part of the Franke Operations Finance & Controlling team and are focused to support different Franke entities.

We are looking to find an Operations Controller who focuses either on Supply Chain, Procurement, or on the Home Solution Sinks operations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Review financials of plants during the monthly business calls
- Analyze and explain deviations to budget and previous months
- Suggest and put in place corrective actions
- Present operational performance for category
- Secure correct Product cost and budget calculation for all Sinks plants
- Calculate business cases related to new factory/warehouse investments or closures, production transfers and make or buy projects
- Keeping track on costs, savings and investments for projects in execution phase
- Point out areas of improvements
- Support plants and the central Operations team with suggestions for improvements
- Continuously question current ways and the need of continuous adjustments
- Secure continuously financial accuracy in reporting and controlling
- Engage with other functions within Operations and Franke in general to secure successful execution
- Review footprint continuously based on latest market needs
- Prepare investments plans and cost reductions plans for the years ahead
- Manage different stakeholders of Operations organization

**Your profile**:

- At least 8 years of background in Operations controlling on a local and/or central level
- Worked in a matrix environment
- ERP background, SAP experience is an advantage
- Experience with managing internal and external customers
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- Ability to travel internationally
- Manage data in a clear and simple way
- Ability to condense financial data into simple messages
