This is an opportunity with a leading global provider of innovative services in business processes and date management. They drive improvement for their customers via process optimisation and intelligent automation. They are seeking a BPO Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor to their customers at C-Level and work with them on strategic BPO services with the focus on employee and customer experience. You will determine the right mix of location strategy, process engineering and leading technology as part of a multinational team.

This is an implementation role that sits between sales and delivery. As a business processes expert you will design, with their clients, BPO solutions focused on the digital transformation and outsourcing of E2E business processes.

Clients will be in the insurance, banking, health insurance and healthcare sectors. **Having experience in these sectors either from a BPO provider or international consultancy is a key requirement for the role.**

**What you will be doing -**
- Jointly design with our clients BPO solutions focused on the digital transformation and outsourcing of E2E business processes, specifically around data-intensive business and customer communication workflows
- Owning and coordinating the end-to-end solutioning process with our local sales and global delivery teams for international, multi-million budget deals
- Leveraging tools, assets and methodologies, as well as driving the development and documentation of best-practice offerings for managed services
- Coach our sales organization along the pre-sales process while adopting a strategic approach in developing solution concepts based on future clients' needs
- Create complex business cases for our end-to-end solutions and synthesize across all relevant stakeholders, aligned with our C-level decision process

**What you will need -**
- 5-8 years of experience in designing collaborative managed service transformations at a BPO provider or international consultancy
- Hands-on expertise in designing service architectures and business process engineering for outsourcing deals with a focus on digital E2E customer experience
- Experience in financial services, insurance, telecom or transportation industries is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in either economics or engineering, MBA is a plus
- A balanced mix of a pro-active client-facing personality, solid business acumen and a high IT affinity, including expertise in front-to-back process digitization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical and conceptual mind-set
- Self-starter mentality and a team player; able to work towards common goals
- **Fluent English and German (both must have)**:

- Willingness to travel up to 20% (Europe mostly)
