**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As an **Engagement Manager**, you will play a crucial role in **managing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities**. Based in Geneva, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the Switzerland market, working closely with talented teams to deliver innovative solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions. Ensure client satisfaction, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication.
- **
Project Management**:
Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning and execution to closure. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while facilitating communication between teams and clients.
- **
Business Development**:
Identify new business opportunities and growth areas. Participate in presentations and commercial negotiations, and collaborate to develop new service offerings and value propositions.
- **
Communication and Reporting**:
Prepare and present project progress reports, maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, and lead project follow-up and review meetings.
In this role, **70% of your time will be dedicated to project management**, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality standards. The remaining **30% will focus on client engagement**, involving proactive relationship management and addressing client needs. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- ** Communication Skills**:
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to handle conflict and negotiate solutions effectively.
- **
Project Management**:
Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in an international context. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and proficiency with tools like MS Project and Trello.
- **
Technical Skills**:
Understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams.
- **
Personal Qualities**:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Over 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and French.
