**Job Mission**:
Coordinate the daily tasks to be able to offer the best education service to our external partners and internal ZimVie stakeholders at the ZimVie Institute in Winterthur.

**Main Functions**:

- Assists and coordinates the overall technical aspects of the dental implant simulation laboratory including course setup and breakdown, as well as assisting instructors in the selection of ZimVie Institute simulated patient cases, instruments, and support materials used during courses.
- Prepares patient cases (models, mannequins, and materials) for courses and sets up surgical and restorative cases.
- Coordinates logistics of ZimVie Institute programs including hotel, transportation, meals, and other tasks as necessary.
- Monitors and maintains mobile simulators, hand-pieces, surgical motor systems, surgical kits, airlines, and compressors.
- Assists in developing and maintaining a product inventory system, and assures adequate supplies of all course materials.
- Assures a clean laboratory and staging area before, during, and after courses.
- Manages marketing digital tools regarding flyers creation and the speakers’ portal updating
- Assists in running additional ZimVie Institute projects as appropriate.
- Assist in the development of new courses
- Assist in all the necessary administrative tasks supporting Education Manager EMEA on:

- Administrative Compliance procedures
- Routing procedures for the EMEA courses
- Track and control the stock of the products within the inventory system tool and interact with the American ZimVie Institute team to provide the necessary products to avoid not being run out of them
- Shipping and receiving ZimVie Institute products and materials

**Profile**:

- Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills, and the ability to see and suggest areas of improvement
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written) with good communication skills, other languages (French, Italian or Spanish) are a plus
- Flexible work schedule, with occasional overtime or weekend duty with compensation possibility
- Strong oral and written communication ability in English and German, other languages beneficial
- Good knowledge in the field of dental Implantology beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to independently assist with all dental treatments and surgical techniques
- Detail oriented with proven organizational skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable in an international team and customer environment and able to interact and build relationships within other areas of the organization.
- Flexibility and service orientation are required as the work is of a non-routine nature
- Comfortable assisting professors with implant products, and providing support during the courses at ZimVie Institute
