**Main tasks**
- Responsible for accounting LKI including year-end closing and coordination of audit process
- Independent support and responsibility for warehouse accounting
- Responsible for correct stocks and correct valuation
- Ensure complete physical inventory (once a year)
- Maintain fixed asset accounting and depreciation tables
- Develop monthly and quarterly closings
- Responsible for financial statements
- Create monthly reports and analysis
- Responsible for the VAT accounting
- Create VAT declarations for Switzerland, Germany, Austria and One Stop Shop
- Responsible for VAT, ZM and Intrastat, proof of shipment
- Issue VAT reconciliation with accounting once a year
- Optimize all process regarding VAT issues
- Responsible for bookkeeping for LK Österreich GmbH, KJUS Retail GmbH and LK Deutschland GmbH (timing, reporting, payments and coordination with external consultant, payments)
- Support accounts receivable including deputy for invoice processing
- Support accounts payable
- Support Head of Controlling & Finance Manager in various projects and specialist questions

**Requirements**:

- Commercial education (KV, commercial school or similar) with further education in Finance and Accounting (e.g. Federal diploma) or equivalent experience (especially in year-end closing process)
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in an international environment
- Profound IT user knowledge (ERP, MS Office, Outlook)
