**Talent Acquisition Manager**:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the talent acquisition services, including global dedicated strategic services, as well as the delivery of talent acquisition supporting ABB businesses in all geographies. This requires the Talent Acquisition Manager to assess the businesses’ short through long-term key skills spectrum and the ability to develop engaged talent acquisition teams that can enable ABB to attract top talents. Reporting to the Head of HR of the related Business Area you will be responsible to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition process ownership and improvements within the ABB landscape. In addition, this role will functionally act as a Community Leader across all other ABB Business Areas & Divisions by aligning the talent acquisition strategy & execution for ABB globally. It will host and guide all global common talent acquisition services, including global employer branding strategy and executive sourcing.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and implement a strategy to deliver ABB’s talent acquisition services
- Partner with HR and business leaders to track current and future talent requirements, advising on effective solutions, and fostering high quality internal and external talent pipelines including graduates
- Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services with the support of a global team, including proactive sourcing, recruitment of recent graduates and experienced professionals, university relations, executive search and vendors management, integrated with HR service delivery model
- Provide early insights and recommendations for potential issues by proactively managing an end-to-end data driven recruiting pipeline and metrics dashboard
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment cycle fostering also internal mobility
- Ensure compliance with current legislation, HR policies, and compliance standards within the talent acquisition organization
- Lead a highly motivated, innovative and customer focused virtual global team
- As the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will also be responsible for the ABB Global Common Services, including:

- Executive Recruitment, Executive Sourcing
- Global strategy: Early talent, Employer Brand, University Relations
- Global End-to-end process management / systems / procedures / “Core” interface with HR Leadership Team
- Set strong cross-BA alignment
- Global vendor management (common global providers) and budget management for global common TA topics

**Your background**:

- You have at least 12 plus years of experience in HR, with expertise in defining and driving state-of-the-art talent acquisition models, processes and tools
- Proven track record in delivering results by influencing across a matrixed environment, with multiple stakeholders. High learning agility and adaptability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Skilled in leading a large, diverse team in a global environment
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and talent acquisition trends
- Strong business acumen to tailor the talent acquisition strategy in line with the ABB business
- End-to-end process awareness combined with experience managing change projects
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally. Possess exceptional communication skills
- Capable of creating impactful new ideas and providing constructive inputs
