**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards nach ISO9001 und ISO14001 sicher.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Qualitätsrichtlinien und -prozesse.
- Du führst interne und externe Audits zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards durch.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse und -leistung.
- Du führst ein hochqualifiziertes Team im Qualitätsmanagement.
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Qualitätsziele zu erreichen.
- Du integrierst das SAP Q-Modul in die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. Qualitätsmanager/in TÜV, ASQ-Zertifizierung) absolviert.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Qualitätsmanagementteams in der Industrie.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO9001 und ISO14001 Normen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung des SAP Q-Moduls.
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und bist lösungsorientiert.
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
