Tasks & Challenges
- Daily support of the Chef and kitchen brigade
- Responsible for cleanliness according to HACCP
- Ensure that the food production meets the highest standards
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Qualifications & Competences
- Student at a Swiss Hospitality Management School
- First experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German and/or Italian desirable
- Willing to work in shifts and part-time
- Positive personality with an efficient way of working
- Resilience, even under time pressure
- High quality awareness
- Ability to work in a team
