Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Verantwortet die tägliche Marktdatenvalidierung der verschiedenen Wertschriften, führt die Plausibilisierung der Kontrollen durch, trifft die Entscheidung über nötige vertiefte Abklärungen und erteilt die Freigabe
- Kontrolliert und erstellt die Abschlüsse (Jahres-/Halbjahres) der Fonds und AST-Produkte, stellt deren rechtliche und fachliche Korrektheit sicher und klärt Prüfpunkte mit der Revision und Fachstellen
- Definiert fachliche Anforderungen bei Neuerungen und Änderungen zu Handen IT und führt die fachliche Abnahme durch
- Verantwortet die Überwachung der Security Lending, Variation Margin und Stamp Duty Transaktionen, stellt die nötigen Abstimmungsarbeiten sicher und leitet allfällige Korrekturen an die Fachstelle weiter
- Organisiert, koordiniert und arbeitet in Projekten wie Fondslancierungen (inkl. AST-Produkten), Umstrukturierungen, Vereinigungen etc. mit.
Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in der Wertschriften-Administration und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse in der Fonds-Administration oder im Fund Controlling
- Hohe IT-Affinität und gekonnter Umgang mit modernen Informationstechnologien
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Pflichtbewusste, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
