Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a** Junior Legal Counsel **who will be supporting us on various upcoming exciting, international projects. We offer a position which combines legal, corporate and administrative work, legal tech and cost center management, working closely with legal and administrative professionals within the Legal team. In your position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Legal & Compliance.

**You will support us** in **different legal, administrative and organizational tasks, including:

- Undertake commercial contract reviews, including supply agreements for IT, consulting and marketing services and supplies, as well as sponsoring and non-disclosure agreements
- Responsible for international rollout implementation of distribution contracts
- Take care of contract management including performing contract summaries, internal contract approval, signing processes and filing
- Support in various corporate matters (corporate housekeeping, board meeting preparation, annual calendar of meetings and reporting)
- Assist in legal tech projects, including project management, for contract database, management of matters and compliance incidents, sanction checks, policy rollouts, electronic signatures and compliance e-learnings
- Responsible for cost center budget files, purchase orders and monitoring of external lawyers and service fees (SAP)
- Take care of various administrative tasks within the legal department

**Your profile**:

- Completed university degree in law
- 1 - 2 years practical experience during studies or post law degree
- A fact-based analytical approach with strong result orientation
- Strong organizational and communication skills such as assertiveness
- Motivated and reliable personality, with a self-starting attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and German, knowledge of French is a plus.
