**”**.**CONTEXT**
- In line with Richemont Europe’s strategy and objectives, you will be
- **supporting our Richemont Regional Functions as well as the European Regions & the markets **on several projects linked to the activity
- **. **You will be reporting to
- **the regional Director of the**
**functions**.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Build and automatize **BOS and PSHSE dashboards**:

- Build **presentation content** in line with PSHSE BOS Managers
- **Write content, newsletters**:

- Support in** coordination of the “Monthly Corner Speaker”** for BOS & PSHSE by **creating content, liaise with providers etc**:

- Gather the different **data related to Sustainability** in close relationship **with the markets**:

- Support in the integration of **data training for PSHSE in our Learning Management System**:

- Optimize **data visualisation** in order to better drive **business decision**:

- Work on **continuous improvement** toward audit management of the function
- **E**nhance KPIs / dashboards** for environment & sustainability matters
- **Support & Coordinate on** **different projects** (PSHSE - BOS / field services, Gap Analysis, etc )

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
**?**
- **Bachelor or Master in Business, project management or related field**:

- A relevant experience at **building efficient dashboards to support business decision**:

- **Creative thinking, **appetite for** security, awareness related topics**, and **continuous improvement**:

- **Action**-oriented, excellent communication **& writing **skills,** with the ability to **collaborate effectively** **different stakeholders**:

- **Customer centric**, **organized, focused **&** **driven for results**:

- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- **Fluent English**, any other European language is a plus
- **Available ASAP**
