**ICT-Supporter/in 100%**:
Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Informatik-Kompetenzzentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbständige Anstalten. Beauftragt mit der Umsetzung der neuen Strategie Informations
- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) begleitet das Amt den Kanton in der digitalen Welt.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n dienstleistungsorientierte/n ICT-Supporter/in, die/der das AFI beim Betreiben der Arbeitsplätze unserer Kantonsweiten Kunden tatkräftig und engagiert unterstützt.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:

- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört der 1st und 2nd Level Support für die Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur der ca. 1600

Anwender/innen im gesamten Einzugsgebiet des Kantons Zürich.
- Sie unterstützen bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Erreichbarkeit des Service Desks und beraten die

Kunden zum Einsatz der Arbeitsmittel.
- Sie installieren und warten PCs, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräte.
- Sie nehmen Störungsmeldungen entgegen und finden passende Lösungen dafür.
- Sie bearbeiten Serviceanfragen und arbeiten eng mit Ihrer Kundschaft und den IT-Fachstellen der

kantonalen Verwaltung zusammen.
- Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst ferner die Benutzerverwaltung und die Zugriffsberechtigungen sowie das

Dokumentieren und die Datenpflege.
- Darüber hinaus zählen wir auf Ihre Unterstützung in kleineren Projekten.

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (idealerweise Fachrichtung

Systemtechnik) mit und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Client Support.
- Sie kennen die Microsoft-Umgebung und sind damit vertraut.
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sind belastbar.
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken zählt zu Ihren Stärken.
- Sie schätzen den Wechsel zwischen administrativer Tätigkeiten, Kundenberatung sowie körperlichem

Einsatz.
- In der deutschen Sprache sind Sie sattelfest und Sie haben ein sehr gutes Leseverständnis in der

englischen Sprache.
- Zur Aufgabenerfüllung ist ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B notwendig.
