Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Accounts payables booking
- Follow-up discrepancies on invoices
- Assist accounting with diverse tasks

Office
- Assist Managers in all administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Manage key and badge system
- Assist with filing and archiving tasks
- Handle post and DHL
- Manage internal organization (communication, event organization,)

HR
- Assist BMI’s HR responsible for search of personnel, permit requests and related tasks
- Assist BMI’s HR responsible for entry and termination procedure of employees
- Update personnel data, telephone directory, intranet, etc.

Visitors/Travel
- Coordinate general visitors service, incl. hotel bookings
- Make travel arrangements on demand
- Liaise with travel agents to negotiate travel arrangements

Special projects:

- Excellent Microsoft Office programs knowledge
- High level of commitment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
